“How do we grab power for the people?” Courtney Wicks
Solidarity Day #2 focused on actions we can take collectively and individually. This call was fire! Our round-robin share out generated resources and connections on how best to stay safe and build the networks now to protect and create the democracy we all need. We started a new call component with short presentations from democracy-building initiatives from Racial Justice Investing (RJI) and Roots to Results.
We will convene calls every other month with the dates for 2025 below. We’re curating content based on group needs, urgent actions, and organizations that want to share their current work. MJN will continue to compile and share the gathered resources. If you’d like access to the resources or to share an urgent action project, please email us at collective@makejusticenormal.org.
