Najaah Yasmine Daniels, also known as Priestess Ifaleri Osúnnike Osáwemimo, is a visionary futurist, holistic healer, and systems change strategist. With 15 years of experience in politics, movement organizing, and venture capital, she brings a unique perspective to her work. As the Founding CEO of the Inclusive Capital Collective, she has pioneered the groundbreaking 'Trauma-Informed Finance' framework, a testament to her commitment to combat systemic racism and foster equitable access to capital.
Simultaneously, as the Founder and CEO of Twice As Good LLC, Najaah leads a trauma-informed impact firm dedicated to guiding individuals and institutions through transforming trauma into post-traumatic growth and wealth. Najaah's significant local, state, and national contributions have garnered numerous accolades, including a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition and the Princeton Prize in Race Relations. Holding a BA from St. John’s University, Najaah is also a certified Death/Transition Doula, Herbalist, and Priestess in the Indigenous Faith of Africa (IFA).
