Charney is an activist, content curator, event producer, and outreach strategist with 15+ years of experience leading non-profit and social impact organizations. She is the Founding Principal at Noire Impact LLC. Previous client engagements include SOCAP 2022, Impact America Fund, and Pink Trumpet LLC.

As a fierce advocate for JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion), Charney is a proud member of the nation's oldest, boldest, and largest civil rights organization, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP).

She has served in a number of leadership roles within this organization, from Rutgers University NAACP Chapter President to Acting President of the NJ Camden County East NAACP Branch. Professionally, Charney holds a Master's in Public Administration and Bachelor's in Political Science & Africana Studies from Rutgers University. She is accredited by the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) as a Certified Digital Event Strategist and holds a Certification in Meetings Management.
