Take the subway
Subway lines: E, F, M, R, 7 (local)
On E, F, M, R, the stop is called Jackson Hts-Roosevelt Av. On the 7 local line, the same stop is also called 74 St-Broadway. The 7 express train doesn't stop here.
The Queens bound E or F are typically express trains — about 20 minutes from Manhattan.
If you’re coming from deeper into Queens, you can also take the 7 local train to 82nd Street —Jackson Heights.
Walk a few blocks
Walk north toward 37th Avenue; the Avenue numbers should go down. If you're coming from 74th, walk east. If you're coming from 82nd, walk west. It's about a 15-minute walk. Visit any number of the awesome restaurants in Jackson Heights on your way for an early lunch. Here are some examples.
